1. Cancellations

Before Work Begins

Clients may cancel a service agreement at no charge provided work has not yet commenced and no campaign setup has been initiated. Written cancellation must be submitted to contacto@vgsolutions.pro.

After Work Has Begun

If work has already started, the following charges may apply: setup and onboarding costs for campaigns already configured; labor costs for strategy, research, and creative work already performed; administrative and account management costs incurred; any third-party platform fees or advertising deposits already committed on behalf of the client.

2. Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund

• Duplicate or erroneous charges
• Services billed but not rendered
• Overpayments confirmed by our accounting department
• Situations approved in writing by company management

Not Eligible for Refund

• Services already completed in accordance with the signed contract
• Materials that have been installed or incorporated into the property
• Custom material orders placed specifically for the client's project
• Custom designs, plans, or technical drawings already produced
• Services rendered that conform to the agreed scope of work

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, email contacto@vgsolutions.pro with: full legal name, invoice or contract number, date of service or purchase, detailed reason for the request, and supporting documentation (photographs, receipts, communications). We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.

4. Processing Time

Refund requests are evaluated within 5 to 15 business days from the date a complete request is received. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 additional business days, depending on your financial institution.

5. Payment Reversals & Chargebacks

We strongly encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and may be disputed with full supporting documentation.

6. Service Subscription Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days written notice before the next billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are issued for subscription services. One-time project fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

7. Delays

V&G Solutions Group LLC is not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions, supplier delays, government permits or inspections, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will notify you promptly of any delay.

Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in each service agreement. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. One-time packages require payment in full prior to project commencement. Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Zelle, Venmo, and ACH bank transfer.

7. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to verify payment information and cancel orders suspected of fraud. Customers who provide false payment information or engage in fraudulent transactions may be reported to relevant authorities.

8. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, we ask clients to contact us directly to resolve any billing issue. Illegitimate chargebacks will be disputed with full supporting documentation. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently suspended.
